Documents required

  • Student’s Birth certificate – original and 1 copy
  • Student’s Results slip – original and 1 copy
  • Student’s passport sized photos- 2 photos ( Student’s name should be written on the back of both)
  • Parent/ Guardian National Identification card- original and 1 copy
  • Report Card
  • Recent Utility bill no later than 3 months

Students are expected to:

  1.  Be present at the school premises before 8:00 am (beyond this point the student will be denied entry, unless a valid explanation from parent/guardian is provided to the school’s Principal/Vice Principal)
  2.  Attend school in full uniform. Any student in improper uniform would be denied entry onto the school compound. NO EXCUSES ARE ACCEPTED.
  3. Submit all cell phones to the Principal/Vice Principal. Cell phones will be returned at the end of the school day at 3:00pm. Tablets and Laptops are allowed to be used during class sessions. Tablets/Laptops shall be confiscated for any form of misuse. A parent/guardian shall collect the device on a stipulated date given by the Principal/ Vice Principal.
  4. Be prepared for all classes on their daily schedules, having all necessary notes and equipment ready before each class.
  5. Complete and submit homework/examinations/assignments before or by the given deadlines. (In the event that a deadline cannot be met, a reason must be submitted by parent/guardian via a signed letter to the Principal/ Vice Principal.
  6.  Refrain from the use of inappropriate language such as cursing and derogatory words.
  7. Adhere to a zero-tolerance policy on bullying or slanderous behavior towards another student or member of staff (based on race, gender, sex, sexuality, socio-economic background (etc) 
  8. Pay full attention to what is being taught in every class and abstain from any form of personal disruptions.   
  9. Report any unresolved disagreements directly to the Principal /Vice Principal for mitigation.
  10. Report any breach of the school rules directly to the Principal/ Vice Principal.
  11. Utilize the free periods wisely.
  12.  Abstain from littering.
  13. Refrain from defacing/damaging school property (subject to contractual reprimand).
  14. Refrain from having any illegal/unauthorized item/s in possession.
  15. Students shall not be permitted to loiter around the school and it’s hallways while classes are in session
